What countries have limited and unlimited government?

_Dliv18 asked:

This is the assignment: Step 1: On a word document, identify 5 historical and 5 contemporary examples of nations whose governments are either limited or unlimited governments according to the definitions of the terms you’ve learned. You must include at least one choice that is an unlimited government, and one that is limited. This means you may have 9 of one kind and only 1 of the other, or any combination in between.
Step 2: Document what factors you used to classify your choices either limited or unlimited.
Step 3: Research and find the following information about your nations (see the list below).
•were/are they classified an industrial nation?
•were/are they classified an agricultural nation?
•were/are they classified a rich or poor nation?
•did/do they have a strong military force?
•have they been/are they often engaged in civil unrest?
Step 4: Once you have identified and classified your examples, write a summary opinion conclusion about each nation’s government. Based on all the data you’ve collected, does this nation’s citizens share the same freedoms that citizens of America enjoy? Is it a nation where you could comfortably live in according to the laws there citizens must abide?
Step 5: Once you have completed your assignment, submit it to your instructor.
This assignment is worth 100 points.

Grandmother with serious probability of OCD….please help?

Me asked:

My grandmother has lived with my family since I was eight. I love her dearly and my family has been very accommodating, but many, many people (including my psychologist) have suspected that she has OCD. Examples:

Until her legs literally could not do it anymore (a few years ago) she used to go up the stairs and rearrange my room and bathroom to her liking. If I had made my bed, she would remake it. Everything had to be just-so by her definition. Now she can’t go up the stairs anymore, but she is just as meticulous. We usually eat dinner at around 7:30 or 8:00, but if I haven’t set the table by 6:00, she pitches a fit and makes all sorts of martyr comments about how her needs aren’t appreciated and it’s her job to do what no one else is willing to do…you get the picture. There’s generally a lot of self-imposed martyrdom, but she’s always been that way. We all try very hard for her, to make her happy. We really do. But it seems like even THAT isn’t appreciated. I’ll come downstairs to say good night to her and she’ll yell at me about how I forgot to unload the dishwasher. She talks about how lonely she is (she moved here from India, but even within her family she was always abnormally obsessed with maintaining order) but we are literally doing everything we can. We have all adjusted to her, but she is unwilling to accept that IT’S OK if once in a while the table is set at 7:25. She just never gives us the opportunity — if it’s not set by 6, or if the dishes aren’t washed, or if she comes into any room and sees something out of place, she has to do it and then guilt everyone else about it. Sometimes she even puts things away before anyone has started using them. We’ve told her, and we’ve tried to be gentle, but realistically, she’s not going to change at 85. There’s no way. It’s not fair to her. But it’s also not fair to us. My psychologist thinks she was a major contributing factor to the depression I went through last year, and that she’s making it harder for me to recover. No one can live with that for ten years without psychological consequences. I’m going to college at the end of this year, but that just means all of her complaints will be focused on my now 13-year-old brother with double the force. What should I do until I leave, and how can the rest of my family cope?

Who is at fault in this t-bone collison?

notsew9111 asked:

Ok, so I’m 16 years old and a couple months ago I got t-boned while I had 4 of my freinds in the car with me. Two of them sustained serious injury. I was parked at a red light making a left turn and as soon as the light turned green I pulled out and was struck in the dead middle of the car. My car did a complete 180 degree turn. There are alot of factors in this crash, for exmaple there are bushes blocking visibility and there is a huge hill leading to the intersection. I need to know who is at fault. The speed limit was 25mph but without hitting the gas one time you would roll down the hill at 45mph. So if she was going 25 would it have enough force to spin the car with 4 poeple in it, and since the light had only been green for a second was she just hoping the red would turn green? I have pictures of the car if needed. Who do u think is at fault.
I don’t beleive she acually passed through the intersection when the light was red, she did have the right of way. I looked before I turned but the bushes make it so you can only see a sliver of the top of the car, if any. I was in no way distracted, there was no music and I wasn’t just cruising having a good time.

Military deployments–can my wife come along?

Andrew asked:

I want to be a Cryptologic Linguist in the Air Force or in the Army. I don’t mind going anywhere in the world and would love to be placed overseas, however, will I get to bring my wife along with me?

Is my MOS the deciding factor for this? If not, what factors determine whether I am sent alone?

*Anyone is welcome to answer, not simply Linguists. Thank you for your help!
Gman: I’m not from a military background–I can plentiful information about other things but I was looking for *valuable information* not sarcasm from someone who knows nothing about my life or linguistic capacities.

Ignorance in one element does not imply ignorance in others–since you don’t know my life does this imply you do not know mathematics? Next time please don’t answer.

Physics anyone?..pllease best points to anyone who can answer?
